Located within the OSOTSPA headquarters compound, the P2 Building is a 10,000+ sqm workplace renovation that transforms an inward-looking office into a bright, collaborative environment for the company's Human Resources, Marketing, and Sales departments.
The existing building was characterized by dark finishes and compartmentalized spaces. The renovation shifts the atmosphere entirely toward a lighter, warmer, and more natural workplace. Natural light, white surfaces, and extensive use of timber create an environment that feels open, welcoming, and comfortable throughout the day.
The transformation begins at the entrance. What was once a narrow circulation stair is reimagined as a generous wooden town hall staircase—a social hub that encourages spontaneous meetings, informal presentations, and everyday interactions while connecting the building's different departments.
The workplace itself is organized around an open-plan layout with shared workstations, transparent meeting rooms, and communal discussion tables strategically inserted throughout the floor. Rather than separating teams behind solid walls, the design promotes visibility, accessibility, and collaboration, reflecting the company's evolving work culture.
Warm oak panels are woven throughout the interior, balancing the crisp white architectural planes with a softer, more human scale. In contrast, vibrant breakout areas introduce bold colors that energize the workplace, providing spaces where staff can relax, exchange ideas, or simply step away from their desks between meetings.
The building culminates on the top floor with a 200-seat auditorium for company gatherings and presentations, alongside the Lab Café—a unique workplace amenity where new beverage formulas are developed, tested, and experienced. Together, these spaces reinforce the building's role as both a workplace and a hub for innovation within the OSOTSPA campus.
