For the 15th edition of Thailand's biggest outdoor music festival, we stepped into our most expansive role yet — taking creative ownership of the physical production across the entire festival grounds. Every stage, big and small, passed through our hands. Every structure became part of a single, cohesive vision.
The theme was Lucky — and we leaned into its tension between chance and intention. Not luck as passivity, but luck as energy: bold, magnetic, slightly unpredictable. Our design language channelled that spirit across every venue, weaving a visual thread through spaces that each carried their own character while speaking the same festive dialect.
From the commanding presence of the main stages to the more intimate, tucked-away corners of the site, this was our most ambitious undertaking to date — a full-scale exercise in site-specific design thinking. More than decoration, each element was conceived as an extension of the music itself: spatial, sensory, alive.
See you at BMMF16 — we heard the challenges are getting bigger.
